Position Overview:

The Account Director will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a keen business acumen, exemplary leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market landscape and exhibit a passion for fostering long-term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive client acquisition and retention, aligning with company objectives and client expectations.

Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous development.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their business operations.

Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, providing insightful feedback to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Oversee the development of account plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial targets and growth objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, working swiftly to resolve challenges and maintain a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the business services sector.

Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

A demonstrated track record of successfully managing client accounts, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets.

In-depth knowledge of the local business landscape in Morocco, with a strong network of industry contacts.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
